It is on Rarotonga that you will find the International Airport - most visitors entry point into the Cook Islands. On the north coast of Rarotonga lies the capital, Avarua. Rarotonga has the highest population of all the Cook Islands and also contains all the parliament buildings. With a large selection of hotels and resorts, Rarotonga is the tourist capital too.
